Radial ball bearings are designed with moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings may feature a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearings are lubricated with grease for their entire service life during manufacturing. Available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), these bearings enhance reliability through their newly designed seals and shields, along with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy in components is expected to ensure quiet rotation, while lower power loss and stable running torque contribute to cost and energy savings.
