The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When both seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire service life at the time of manufacturing. This bearing is available with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield combined with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of the components leads to quiet rotation, while a reduction in power loss results in lower and more stable running torque, contributing to cost and energy savings.
