The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for applications requiring high speed and high accuracy. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life during manufacturing. This bearing type is available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, paired with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while the low and stable running torque contributes to reduced power loss, leading to potential cost and energy savings.
