Radial ball bearings are designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. Available in bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), these bearings enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation, while the lower power loss achieved through reduced and stable running torque supports cost and energy savings.
