The radial ball bearing features a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes options for rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides, which help to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire service life at the time of manufacturing. The bearing is available with a bore size range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield in conjunction with suitable grease. Improved accuracy of components is expected to result in quiet rotation, while lower power loss and stable running torque contribute to potential cost and energy savings.
