Radial ball bearings exhibit moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. They incorporate rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or two shields, these bearings come pre-lubricated with grease for their entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. Available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, these bearings enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with specially formulated grease. The bearings are engineered to ensure quiet rotation due to improved accuracy of components, while also providing cost and energy savings through lower power loss associated with stable running torque.
