Radial ball bearings offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire lifespan during manufacturing. The bearings with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability through newly designed seals and shields, along with appropriate grease. The improvements in component accuracy result in quieter rotation, while reduced power loss contributes to cost and energy savings through lower and stable running torque.
