Radial ball bearings offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. They feature rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or shields, these bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire life during manufacturing. The bearings are available in bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, along with the appropriate grease. Additionally, the improved accuracy of components promotes quiet rotation, while lower power loss from low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
