Radial ball bearings are designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. These bearings feature either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire service life at the time of manufacturing. The bearing configurations include bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, with enhanced reliability achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, as well as appropriate grease. Additionally, these bearings are engineered to ensure quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy, while also contributing to cost and energy savings through lower power loss and stable running torque.
