The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. This bearing features either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. Bearings with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series) enhance reliability through an improved seal and shield design, paired with suitable grease. The precision of the components ensures quiet rotation, while the improved efficiency contributes to cost and energy savings by minimizing power loss and maintaining a low and stable running torque.
