The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. For bearings with two seals or two shields, they are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. The bearing options include sizes with a bore of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), both of which enhance reliability through newly designed seals and shields and an appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components allows for quiet rotation, while the lower and stable running torque contributes to reduced power loss, ultimately saving cost and energy.
