The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. Bearings with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with an appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components leads to quiet rotation, while lower power loss due to reduced and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
