The radial ball bearing is engineered to have a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life upon manufacture. This bearing is available with bore sizes from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through its newly designed seal and shield and selected grease. The design improvements facilitate quiet rotation due to enhanced component accuracy while also reducing costs and energy consumption with lower power loss attributed to stable and low running torque.
