The Radial Ball Bearing has a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It is designed with either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. The bearing is available in bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriate grease. The construction of the bearing allows for quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy, while cost and energy savings are anticipated through reduced power loss and low, stable running torque.
