The radial ball bearing is designed to exhibit a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. In configurations with two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life at the time of manufacture. Bearings within the 6000 to 6300 series have a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm, while those in the 6800 and 6900 series have a bore size between 10 to 50 mm. These bearings enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield combination and use of appropriate grease. Improved component accuracy ensures quiet rotation, while the design aims to reduce power loss, leading to lower operational costs and energy consumption.
