The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for applications requiring high speed and high accuracy. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacturing. The bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), which contributes to enhanced reliability through its newly designed seal and shield, as well as a specially formulated grease. Additionally, the improved accuracy of components facilitates quiet rotation, while the design also aims to reduce operational costs and energy consumption due to lower power loss associated with stable running torque.
