The Radial Ball Bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing, and when two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. The bearing ranges from 10 to 75 mm bore for the 6000 to 6300 series and from 10 to 50 mm bore for the 6800 and 6900 series, enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components results in quiet rotation, while lower power loss attributed to stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
