The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides, which helps to keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life during manufacturing. The available sizes include bearings with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series). Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, along with specially formulated grease. Furthermore, improved component accuracy promotes quiet rotation, while reduced power loss from low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
