Radial ball bearings are designed to provide moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire lifespan at the time of manufacturing. The bearings with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) have enhanced reliability due to a newly designed seal and shield, along with suitable grease. The improved accuracy of the components ensures quiet operation, while lower power loss associated with reduced running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
