Radial ball bearings are designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearings are permanently lubricated with grease at the time of manufacture for their entire lifespan. The models in the 6000 to 6300 series have bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm, while the 6800 and 6900 series accommodate bore sizes from 10 to 50 mm. Enhanced reliability is achieved with newly designed seals and shields, along with suitable grease. The bearings are engineered to ensure quiet rotation through improved component accuracy, while also promoting cost and energy savings due to lower power loss associated with low and stable running torque.
