Radial ball bearings are designed to have moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them ideal for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. Each bearing features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is lifetime lubricated with grease during manufacturing. Bearings with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield system, along with suitable grease. Improved component accuracy results in quiet rotation, while lower power loss and stable running torque contribute to cost and energy savings.
