The radial ball bearing is engineered for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides, which effectively prevents the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life upon manufacture. This bearing is available in bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with specially formulated grease. The design improvements also contribute to quieter rotation due to enhanced component accuracy, and it is expected to reduce energy costs and losses owing to its low and consistent running torque.
