Radial ball bearings are designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature either rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire operational life at the time of manufacturing. The bearings with a bore size of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriate grease. Additionally, these components are engineered for quiet rotation due to improved accuracy, while also contributing to cost and energy savings through reduced power loss and low, stable running torque.
