The radial ball bearing is designed to have moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. Each bearing features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. If two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life. The bearings are available in sizes with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. The bearings are engineered for quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy, while also promoting cost and energy savings through lower power loss facilitated by low and stable running torque.
