The radial ball bearing features a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It includes either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. When utilizing two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacturing. This bearing is available with a bore size range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), which enhances reliability due to the newly designed seal and shield, in addition to suitable grease options. Improved accuracy of the components leads to quieter rotation, while a reduction in power loss results in lower running torque, contributing to cost and energy savings.
