The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it ideal for applications requiring high speed and high accuracy. It is equipped with rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent the ingress of dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is permanently lubricated with grease at the time of manufacturing. This bearing is available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series, and from 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components results in quiet operation and contributes to cost and energy savings by minimizing power loss through low and stable running torque.
