Radial ball bearings exhibit moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. Each bearing features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. If two seals or two shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during the manufacturing process. The bearings are available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriately selected grease. These bearings are designed to ensure quiet rotation due to improved accuracy of components while also reducing costs and energy consumption through lower power loss and stable running torque.
