The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, suited for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. In cases where two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. The bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. Additionally, it is engineered for quiet rotation due to improved accuracy of components, resulting in reduced power loss and lower stable running torque, thereby contributing to cost and energy savings.
