The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. Bearings with an inner bore of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) come with newly designed seals and shields, ensuring enhanced reliability and are lubricated with grease for their entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. This design improvement leads to quiet rotation due to the enhanced accuracy of components, along with cost and energy savings attributed to lower power loss provided by low and stable running torque.
