The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its lifetime during manufacturing. This bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series, and from 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. It enhances reliability with a newly designed seal and shield, paired with suitable grease. The bearing is designed to ensure quiet rotation through improved component accuracy, while also contributing to cost and energy savings due to lower power loss and stable running torque.
