Radial ball bearings are designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. These bearings can feature either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to help prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is factory lubricated with grease for its entire service life. The bearings with a bore size of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with specially formulated grease. Improved accuracy of components facilitates quiet rotation, while the design aims to save costs and energy by achieving lower power loss associated with reduced and stable running torque.
