The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease during manufacturing for its entire service life. The bearing options include bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), which enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, coupled with appropriate grease. Improved component accuracy contributes to quiet rotation, while the design aims to reduce power loss, resulting in lower running torque, thereby optimizing cost and energy efficiency.
