The radial ball bearing is engineered for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life at the time of manufacture. This bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series). Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield technology, along with specially formulated grease. The improved accuracy of components facilitates quiet rotation, while lower and stable running torque contributes to reduced power loss, thus saving both cost and energy.
