Radial ball bearings offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. They feature either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When both seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan at the time of manufacturing. The bearings come in options with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield and appropriate grease selection. Improved component accuracy leads to quieter rotation, while lower power loss and stable running torque contribute to cost and energy savings.
