The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It is equipped with a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to effectively keep out dirt and contaminants. In instances where two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its lifespan upon manufacture. The bearing is available in sizes with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriately selected grease. Quiet operation is anticipated due to improved component accuracy, while lower power loss achieved by stable running torque is expected to result in cost and energy savings.
