The radial ball bearing features moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It includes either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacture. This bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation while also providing lower power loss due to reduced and stable running torque, which ultimately aids in cost and energy savings.
