Radial ball bearings are designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. These bearings feature a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire operational life at the time of manufacture. The bearings come in sizes with a bore ranging from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series). Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield in conjunction with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components facilitates quiet rotation, while the reduction in power loss promotes cost and energy savings due to lower and more stable running torque.
