The radial ball bearing is designed to have a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire life upon manufacture. This bearing is available in two series: the 6000 to 6300 series with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm, and the 6800 and 6900 series with bore sizes from 10 to 50 mm. It improves reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. Enhanced component accuracy leads to quieter operation, while lower power loss from reduced and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
