Radial ball bearings exhibit moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. They feature either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearings are factory-lubricated with grease for their entire operational lifespan. The bearings covering bore sizes from 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) are designed to enhance reliability through newly developed seals and shields, along with specially formulated grease. These bearings are engineered for quiet rotation due to improved component accuracy, leading to cost savings and energy efficiency through reduced power loss and stable running torque.
