Radial ball bearings offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings may feature a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides, effectively keeping out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. Available with a bore size of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series), these bearings enhance reliability through an optimally designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. The improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while lower power loss due to low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
