The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are used, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan during manufacturing. The bearing comes in two series: 6000 to 6300 series with a bore size of 10 to 75 mm, and 6800 and 6900 series with a bore size of 10 to 50 mm. It enhances reliability due to its newly designed seal and shield, along with suitable grease. The bearing is engineered for quiet rotation through improved component accuracy, while it also aims to reduce costs and energy consumption due to lower power loss and stable running torque.
