Radial ball bearings feature moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. They include rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. In instances where two seals or two shields are utilized, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life. The bearings are available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and from 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. These bearings have been designed with enhanced seals and shields and utilize specially formulated grease to improve reliability.
