The radial ball bearing features a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. The bearing is equipped with either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides, which effectively keeps out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire service life upon manufacture. Specifically, the bearing with a bore range of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) enhances reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, complemented by suitable grease. Improved accuracy of components leads to quiet rotation, while lower power loss results in cost and energy savings, attributed to low and stable running torque.
