The radial ball bearing is designed for moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. If two seals or two shields are present, the bearing is factory lubricated with grease for its entire operational life. The bearing comes with a bore size range of 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series, enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components leads to quiet rotation, while lower power loss contributes to cost and energy savings through reduced running torque.
