The radial ball bearing exhibits moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It typically features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. When equipped with two seals or shields, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life during manufacturing. The bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and from 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through the newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriately selected grease. Improved accuracy of components ensures quiet rotation, while lower and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings by minimizing power loss.
