Radial ball bearings are designed with moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making them suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. These bearings feature either rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering. When equipped with two seals or two shields, the bearings are pre-lubricated with grease for their entire lifespan at the time of manufacture. The bearings are available with bore sizes ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and from 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. They enhance reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components leads to quiet rotation, while lower and stable running torque contributes to reduced power loss, ultimately saving costs and energy.
