The radial ball bearing offers moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to prevent dirt and contaminants from entering the bearing. If two seals or shields are used, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan upon manufacture. This bearing is available in sizes with a bore of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 and 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriate grease. Improved accuracy of components leads to quiet rotation, while lower power loss achieved by low and stable running torque contributes to cost and energy savings.
