The radial ball bearing features a moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. The design includes either a rubber seal or a metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. Bearings with a bore size of 10 to 75 mm (6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (6800 & 6900 series) are enhanced with a newly designed seal and shield, along with suitable grease for lifetime lubrication during manufacturing. The bearings are engineered for quiet rotation due to improved accuracy of components, while lower and stable running torque contributes to reduced power loss, thereby improving cost and energy efficiency.
