The radial ball bearing is designed to offer moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. It features rubber seals or metal shields on one or both sides, effectively keeping out dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are present, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire lifespan upon manufacture. The bearing is available with a bore size ranging from 10 to 75 mm for the 6000 to 6300 series and 10 to 50 mm for the 6800 and 6900 series. Enhanced reliability is achieved through a newly designed seal and shield, coupled with appropriate grease. The bearing is engineered for quiet operation due to improved component accuracy, and it contributes to cost and energy savings through lower power loss resulting from stable and low running torque.
