The radial ball bearing is designed to provide moderate load-carrying capacity in both radial and axial directions, making it suitable for high speed and high accuracy applications. It features a rubber seal or metal shield on one or both sides to protect against dirt and contaminants. When two seals or shields are employed, the bearing is pre-lubricated with grease for its entire operational life at the time of manufacture. The bearing options include a bore size range of 10 to 75 mm (for the 6000 to 6300 series) and 10 to 50 mm (for the 6800 and 6900 series), enhancing reliability through a newly designed seal and shield, along with appropriately selected grease. Improved accuracy of components contributes to quiet rotation, while lower power loss and stable running torque result in reduced energy consumption and cost savings.
